As you spend more, you move up tiers and earn points faster—turning every order into future savings. 


 The Program 

  • Shop eligible items - Earn points on products that are part of the Beadsmith Rewards program. 
  • Points are rewarded after payment - Once your order is paid in full, points are automatically added to your account. (Unpaid, refunded, or canceled orders do not earn points.) 
  • Use your points - Redeem points on orders for discounts at checkout, or use them to claim reward products when available.

Apply available points during checkout online or with customer service on the phone to reduce your order total. 

WHERE TO VIEW YOUR REWARDS

In your account overview, you can view your current points balance, points earned history, points redeemed history, and your current tier and progress toward the next tier. 








HOW TO APPLY POINTS

After Entering your Shipping Information Manually apply your points or check the box to use all available reward points. 










RETURNS & REFUNDS

If an order is returned or refunded, any points earned from that purchase are automatically removed from your account. 


POINTS EXPIRATION

Points expire 6 months (182 days) after they are earned so take advantage before it's too late! Expired points are removed from your balance and cannot be redeemed. 


NEW YEAR TIER REFRESH (What to Expect) 

At the start of each calendar year: 

Customers will keep the tier they earned from the previous year and can level up as they make purchases. If, by the end of the ‘new’ year, the customer’s total spending is below their current tier’s threshold, their tier will be reduced for the following year. 

Customers must reach the spending Threshold every year in order to maintain their Tier status for the next year. 

Any points you’ve already earned remain available until they expire. Points do not reset at the start of the year—only expiration or returns affect them.

When do I start earning points?

You begin earning points after you’ve surpassed the Copper tier spending threshold and once your invoice is paid in full. 

How long does it take for points to appear in my account?

Points are typically added to your account shortly after your invoice is marked as paid. 

Do points expire?

Yes. Points expire 6 months (182 days) from the date they are earned. 

Can I use points on any order?

Points can be applied to qualifying orders at checkout, as long as you have enough available points. 

Can I redeem points and still earn points on the same order?

Yes. You can redeem points on an order and still earn points on the eligible portion of that purchase. 

What happens to my points if I return an order?

If an order is returned or refunded, the points earned from that purchase are automatically removed from your account.
