Sales Team Manager

The Beadsmith continues to grow!!! Join our 40+year global hobby craft and supply chain company as an experienced and dynamic Sales Team Manager . We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join and lead our team. A Sales Manager has the ability to foster strong client relationships, in addition to Manage, Mentor and Grow our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and train sales team; track performance and KPIs
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams for launches and promotions
  • Plan and manage seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions aligned with tradeshows and trends
  • Monitor industry trends to stay ahead of the competition
  • Plan and coordinate tradeshows, tradeshow marketing materials, booth visuals, and pre/post-show digital campaigns

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Netsuite is preferred.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in sales management, preferably in wholesale sales
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detailed-oriented, team player, willing to learn new processes with good logic thought process
  • Punctual with strong attention to detail, dependability, and follow through.
  • Strong analytical and organization skills along with an ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities.
  • Candidate must be able to thrive in a team environment that encourages cooperation and communication as well as be able to work independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Location: 

In-house position - Carteret, NJ ; this is not a hybrid or remote role.
