US Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at the time of shipping based on available stock.
- Delivery estimates depend on your location and the shipping method selected.
- Standard Ground Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses:
- Our company ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses through USPS only.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- Our company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Return Policy
All returns require a Return Authorization and will incur a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible to pay for shipping of returned merchandise. Returned merchandise must be received within 60 days of purchase in its original packaging and in saleable condition or the return will not be accepted. If you received damaged or incorrect product or to request a Return Authorization, please contact our Customer Service department for assistance via email at customerservice@beadsmith.com or by phone at 732-969-5300.
