The Beadsmith Thread Cutters have you covered for all your creative and practical needs. Made of stainless steel, the tool features a finger loop to comfortably hold the tool and focus on my accurate cuts. This snipper has sharp tips, ideal for precision. Included is a rubber sleeve to protect the tips of the blades. For safety reasons, it is recommended to keep the cap on when the cutter is not in use.
Our thread clips measure 4.5 inches (114.3mm) in length, with a 1.5-inch (38.1mm) blade. The fingerhole is 0.75” (19.1mm) in diameter, which makes for a comfortable grip. To hold the tool, place your ring finger through the loop and rest your thumb on the top of the snipper. The sharp blades can cut through a variety of material, so they are an excellent tool for mixed media arts. Artists use them for paper crafts such as scrapbooking and journal making, while needleworkers use them for sewing, quilting, making clothes and embroidery.
