This revolving stepped mandrel rests on a nickel-plated center base and can easily rotate a full 360°horizontally or a vertical rotation. You can also detach from stand for easy hand-held use. Clearly marked with sizes 4-13. Measures: 6 x 4 inch base with a 12 inch aluminum mandrel.
