Our ever growing range of precious metal wire is available in two different hardnesses and seven different gauge weights! ‘Dead-Soft’ wire is very pliable & can be easily bent into any number of shapes. It will not hold a shape in instances where it would be subject to tension, such as on a clasp ‘Half-Hard’ wire is pliable, but unlike ‘Dead-Soft’ wire, it will maintain an intricate shape under tension.
